The staff was great and very considerate and helpful. However my room on a few occasions looked like it just had been quickly went through during the time for the maids to clean so the cleanliness of the room overall I was not happy with at all. Plus my TV was broken so I couldn't enjoy that because the screen was very messed up the entire time that I was there and also the neighbors on the side of me and above me were very loud and constantly I guess maybe moving things around or something of that nature like all hours of the night all during the day. But I definitely would stay here again just because the staff was so understanding and accommodating and genuine and friendly.

The room was very clean and somewhat sound proof 🥰🥰🥰. The bed was very very comfortable and bedbug free (Yes, I went in with my vinegar spray, just to check). Guess what? They passed ✅ 😉. Yes, the guy on the night shift that night was such a patient, calm, and humble gentleman. Taught me a lot about gaming, lol. But, that morning shift girl, her attitude was nasty and rude af 🤮. The Waffle house across from them was right on point with food, big claps to them. 💋...

When I arrived they had this sweetest gentleman that helped carry my things to my room and He worked hard to accommodate me !! Everyone was very friendly I hated to leave but I had to and will definitely be back soon I mainly used it for work purposes because I needed a good rest before work and they had a coffee pot in my room. A great place with wonderful staff !!!

The room was clean, it was big and it was a very comfortable bed. The rooms need a coffee pot with coffee. The make your own waffles was great. The toaster waffles are👎. I will stay here again next time I visit Mandeville La.
